The Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Department has spearheaded the
company’s annual fire simulation exercise at the Head Office in Accra as part of efforts to
reinforce safety practices among staff.

The fire drill exercise is held annually to acquaint staff with the knowledge of fire evacuation
and training skills as well as the basic firefighting techniques in cases of emergency.

The demonstration was led by the Acting Regional Fire Training Officer for Greater Accra
Region, DO3 Charles Kingsley Amoh, together with Greater Accra Regional Safety Officer,
DO1 Evans Osei Owusu who also educated staff on measures needed to be taken to stay safe
at all times.

In attendance were key management staff including the Head of HSSE, Cyril Opon.
