GOIL has supported the Oyemam Autoimmune Foundation (OYEMAM) with an amount of 5,000 cedis (Five Thousand Cedis) to assist persons with autoimmune disorders.

The Head of Corporate Affairs, Benjamin Ocansey presented the cheque for the amount to Emma Wilhelmina Halm Danso, Executive Director of the Foundation.

The foundation is committed to advocacy, education, awareness creation, counseling as well as fundraising to provide support services such as medical assistance among others for people with autoimmune disorders particularly lupus. The foundation is guided by the principles of resilience, integrity, compassion and hope.
