The GOClub Scheme

GOClub Loyalty Scheme (GOClub) is a GOIL initiative, a life-long Loyalty Program to appreciate its cherished prepaying GOCard customers for their continuous patronage of its fuel and lubricants at GOIL Stations nationwide.

GOIL is sharing good things.

WHO ENJOYS GOODNESS?

Prepaying Individual GOCard Customer - Prepaying private and commercial GOCard subscribers.
Prepaying Corporate Individual GOCard Customer - Prepaying company or legal entity who has subscribed to GOCard for their staff and/or fleet of company vehicles.
Family - A family of GOCard subscribers whose accounts are all linked to a primary account holder being the nominated head of the family. The family could be made up of spouses, partners, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and in-laws.
Social Group - A group of prepaying GOCard subscribers belonging to school unions, circle of friends, clubs, fraternities, religious groups, etc.

HOW TO ENJOY GOODNESS?

Prepaying Individual GOCard Customer

  1. Register to join the GOClub.

Prepaying Corporate Individual GOCard Customer

  1. Register to join the GOClub.

Family

  1. Register the family on GOClub.
  2. Must have a nominated family head to be responsible for the primary
  3. Must have a minimum number of two (2) members.

Social Group

  1. Register the social group on GOClub.
  2. Must have a targeted CSR project.
  3. Must have a minimum number of twenty (20) members.
  4. Must have nominated group executives.

NEW CUSTOMER

Step 1

  • Visit any GOIL Office, Website (registration.goil.com.gh), social media ( Instagram: Goil_gh, Twitter: Goil_Official, Facebook: Goil.Official), QR code and WhatsApp (0501559220) to register.

Step 2

  • Complete GOCard and GOClub registration form.
  • Join Social Group or Family.
  • Receive a welcome message.

Step 3

  • Receive GOCard starter pack plus gifts (100 Loyalty Points (LPs) and branded items).

Step 4

  • Begin accruing Loyalty Points by buying fuel and lubricants.
  • Enjoy discounts on fuel and lubricants purchases and contribute Loyalty Points to a social group.

EXISTING CUSTOMER

Step 1

  • Visit any GOIL Office, Website (registration.goil.com.gh), social media ( Instagram: Goil_gh, Twitter: Goil_Official, Facebook: Goil.Official), QR code and WhatsApp (0501559220) to register.

Step 2

  • Complete GOCard and GOClub registration form.
  • Join Social Group or Family.
  • Receive a welcome message.

Step 3

  • Receive GOCard starter pack plus gifts (100 Loyalty Points (LPs) and branded items).

Step 4

  • Begin accruing Loyalty Points by buying fuel and lubricants.
  • Enjoy discounts on fuel and lubricants purchases and contribute Loyalty Points to a social group.

NEW CUSTOMER

Step 2

  • Institution applies for GOCard by completing application form.
  • Institution’s contact person provides names of staff and their contact numbers.
  • Individual staff receives a link via SMS to register to join the club.

Step 3

  • Individual staff completes GOClub registration form.
  • Join Social Group or Family.
  • Receive a welcome message.

Step 4

  • Receive GOCard starter pack plus gifts (100 LPs and branded items).

Step 5

  • Begin accruing Loyalty Points by buying fuel and lubricants.
  • Enjoy discounts on fuel and lubricants purchases and contribute Loyalty Points to a social group.

EXISTING CUSTOMER

Step 1

  • Institution’s contact person provides names of staff, their contact numbers and individual staff card account number.

Step 2

  • Individual staff receives a link via SMS to register to join the club.

Step 3

  • Individual staff completes GOClub registration form.
  • Join Social Group or Family.

Step 4

  • Receive gifts (100 LPs and branded items).

Step 5

  • Begin accruing Loyalty Points by buying fuel and lubricants.
  • Enjoy discounts on fuel and lubricants purchases and contribute Loyalty Points to a social group.

REGISTER A SOCIAL GROUP OR FAMILY

NEW SOCIAL GROUP

Step 1

  • Visit any GOIL Station, Offices, Website (registration.goil.com.gh), social media  ( Instagram: Goil_gh, Twitter: Goil_Official, Facebook: Goil.Official), QR code and WhatsApp (0501 559 220) to register.

Step 2

  • Complete Social Group registration form.
  • Receive a welcome message.

Step 3

  • GOClub Social Group Members accrue loyalty points by purchasing fuel and lubricants from GOIL stations.
  • GOClub Social Group Members contribute loyalty points accrued to fund approved CSR projects of the social group.

NEW FAMILY

Step 1

  • Visit any GOIL Station, Offices, Website (registration.goil.com.gh), social media.  (Instagram: Goil_gh, Twitter: Goil_Official, Facebook: Goil.Official), QR code and  WhatsApp (0501 559 220) to register.

Step 2

  • Complete Family registration form.
  • Receive a welcome message.

Step 3

  • GOClub Family Primary GOCard Holder accrue loyalty points, earn discounts and enjoy life insurance when Secondary GOCard Holders purchase fuel and lubricants from GOIL stations.
