GOIL Company limited has released onto the market, a higher grade petrol (RON 95) fuel type for the benefit of the Petrol consuming public.
The high grade Petrol (RON 95) will from Monday, February 17, 2020, be sold country-wide at all of the company’s over 400 service stations at no extra cost to our cherished customers.
By this game-changing development, consumers no longer need to pay a higher price for any high petrol grade specification, saving the consumer significant amounts of money.
With the release of the petrol stock, all consumers ( and not a few) will benefit from a higher grade petrol that significantly boosts the performance of all engines and keeps engines clean of carbon deposits.
Again, with the introduction of the new high grade petrol, (RON 95) consumers will also experience less vibration, less noise from their engines, get a better fuel economy and better mileage for their vehicles at the same price.

AKYEM BULK FUEL STORAGE RECOGNISES FACILITY TEAM (GOIL)
Newmont Akyem has recognized GOIL Bulk storage facility team at its Akyem
Mines for displaying exemplary workplace housekeeping and waste segregation.
Newmont Akyem says its “business' greatest concern is the safety & health of all
employees and contractors, as well as sound environmental stewardship. It is the
responsibility of every person to ensure workplaces are kept clean always.
The recognition signed by Health and Safety Manager- Akyem Mine, Mukhtari
Abdul-Karim and General Manager - Akyem Mine, Joshua Mortal, singled out “The
Akyem bulk storage facility team, represented by GOIL for displaying consistent
and excellent housekeeping in their work area throughout the fourth quarter of
2019 thus”:
• The oil drums storage/bund area is well-ordered with no spills of hydrocarbon.
• Oil drums stored in the area are well stacked and labeled.
• Pedestrian walkways are kept free from debris and trip hazards.
• Emergency access and egress area is free from debris.
• Equipment are kept off the floor and stored in safe well labeled locations.
• Waste bins are emptied on regular basis with commendable waste segregation.
The citation thanked the bulk fuel storage facility team for living the Newmont
trait and exhibiting such remarkable environmental standards as a way of life.

2,500 RECEIVE ULTIMATE REWARDS IN GOIL’S EFIE NE FIE PROMOTIONS
GOIL Company Limited has held its Third and Final Ultimate Reward of its ‘Efie ne Fie’
promotion at Cape Coast with 780 more customers receiving free fuel ranging from 300
to 1,000 cedis.
At the Third and final reward ceremony, 90 drivers received 1,000 cedis worth of free
fuel, 250 customers got 500 fuel while 440 customers were rewarded with 300 cedis
worth of fuel. The top five customers who accrued the highest points during the three
months of promotion, were also given 33 inches brand new Flat screen Television set
each.
In all, 2,500 customers across the country benefitted from the ultimate reward scheme
during the period of the promotion. This is in addition to the 773,642 customers who
received instant rewards such as airtime, tissue boxes, face-towels, T-shirts, key rings
and gift vouchers after buying fuel from any of the over 400 fuel stations in the
country.
The Managing Director and Group CEO, Kwame Osei Prempeh congratulated the
drivers for keeping faith with the company adding that, GOIL will always strive to give
the best of quality service. He mentioned that GOIL and the National Petroleum
Authority have jointly constructed model premix stations in the central and western
regions to serve the people.
The Board chairman, Kwamena Bartels, thanked the numerous customers of GOIL who
turned up in their numbers to patronize GOIL products during the promotion urging them
to continue to stay with the company and help keep money back in the economy. He
noted that the diverse backgrounds of recipients of the reward scheme was an example
that GOIL belongs to all Ghanaians.
The recipients were made up of Private Saloon cars, Taxis, Trotros, Trucks, Mini-Buses,
Private SUVs and Motor as well as Tri-cycles.
