The 'afi o afi' promotion was held country wide in all five zones of the country with drivers benefiting from hampers, rice, cooking oil, cloth, motorcycle helmets, dusters and other corporate items such as t.shirts, caps and airfreshners.
There was also free fuel for early patrons who called at most stations.
According to the head of fuels marketing, Marcus Deo Dake, the promotion was intended to recognize the contribution of cherished customers of the company who have used their purchasing power to make GOIL the number one fuel station in Ghana.
