DEALERS CONFERENCE FOR SOUTH & TEMA ZONES ENDS IN ACCRA
GOIL has held its annual dealers conference for the southern and Tema zones.
Over one hundred dealers in GOIL products as well some zonal managers attended the conference.
The conference was used to update dealers on major activities of the company.
The conference was addressed by the Chief Executive and Managing Director, Mr. Patrick Akorli and the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Alex Adzew.
The Head of Fuels Marketing, Mr. Marcus Deo Dake in a welcome address, charged dealers to improve on services at their various stations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
He said GOIL will continue to make safety and environmental issues a priority and this will be intensified in 2017.
GOIL LUBE BAY ATTENDANTS UNDERGO REFRESHER TRAINING
Over 80 GOIL Lube Bay attendants have benefited from a two-day refresher training program in Accra.
The program is part of a continuing training program by GOIL to update the knowledge and skill of the attendants to deliver their optimum. It is also expected to help the attendants deliver quality service to customers.
GOIL considers periodic training a priority in its efforts to deliver quality customer care to clients.
The participants, drawn from the Accra Zone of the company, underwent refresher training in product Knowledge, marketing of lubricants and display of products at service stations.
GOIL’s Lubricant Manager, Joshua Duodu, together with Marketing Engineer, Rebecca Ogoe facilitated the training program.
In attendance was Accra South Zonal Manager, Michael Lagble.

Ghana's foremost Oil Marketing company, GOIL has presented a cheque for 300 thousand cedis to the Ghana @60 committee towards the organization of the 60th independence anniversary celebrations.
The cheque was handed over to Mr. Ken Amankwaa of the Ghana @ 60 COMMITTEE by the CEO/M.D. of GOIL, Mr. Patrick A. K. Akorli. Accompanying the GOIL team was the COO, Mr. Alex Adzew, and the Head of Finance, Mr. Erasmus Ofori Sarkwa.
